1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or purchasing from Earthos ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Earthos sells digital e-books and physical printed books. Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Physical products are fulfilled and shipped within 1–2 days. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise the listed payment amount to be charged.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, text, cover art, and design associated with Earthos publications are the intellectual property of Roshan Kumar Gupta and Earthos. Purchasing a copy grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to read the book. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Earthos shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
8. MAILING LIST AND COMMUNICATION
By purchasing a product, redeeming a copy, or joining our newsletter subscription, your email address will be included in our research monograph mailing list. You will receive previews, updates, and invitations regarding *The AGI Question*. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can unsubscribe instantly at any time via the link in our emails, or contact us directly at [email protected] to be removed immediately.
9. PARTNER & CREATOR REFERRAL PROGRAM
Partners and creators earn commissions on direct qualifying sales made on earthos.shop. Standard partners earn 25% on digital E-Books and 10% on physical books (excluding shipping). Approved creators earn 30% on digital E-Books and 12% on physical books (excluding shipping). Digital commissions clear within 24 hours; physical commissions unlock 12 days post-delivery. Direct site referrals for international audiences apply exclusively to Digital E-Books ($9.99 USD). All cross-border foreign exchange conversion fees, international payment processor charges, intermediary wire/SWIFT fees, and applicable local tax withholdings are borne entirely by the partner.
